Thanks so much for getting in touch. I'm Ruby, and I run The Glamping Group with Max. We've put up tents at over 200 weddings and festivals since 2020.

How it works
Your guests book and pay for their own tents
Most couples do it this way. We build a booking page just for your wedding, you send round the link, and each guest picks a tent and pays us directly. None of the money or admin comes through you.
- Your own page, with your names and date on it. Share it on WhatsApp or your wedding website.
- Guests choose and pay for their own tent, beds and bedding. Secure card payment.
- Your organiser login shows who's booked. Tell us who wants to pitch together.
- We chase for you. Anyone slow to book gets a friendly nudge from us, not you.

Most couples have no idea yet, and that's fine. We hold enough tents for your top-end guess, and guests can keep booking right up until a few weeks before.

Questions couples usually ask me
How many people fit in a tent?
Four sleep comfortably in a 5 metre tent. A family with three young kids can squeeze in. Our 7 metre tents sleep about six.
When do you set up?
Before your guests arrive, and we take everything down afterwards. We confirm exact times with you a week or two before the wedding.
What if the weather's awful?
Everything goes ahead. Bell tents are made for British weather, and guests stay dry and cosy.
Do you do showers and toilets?
We don't, I'm afraid. If your venue doesn't have them, I can point you to a company that does lovely ones.
Can guests bring their own bedding?
Absolutely. An Unfurnished tent with their own bedding is the budget option, and real beds are there for anyone who doesn't want to compromise on sleep.
Is there a deadline for guests to book?
We keep your page open until a few weeks before, then check final numbers with you so we can plan the team.
Can kids and dogs stay?
Yes, both are welcome.
